Four week course: Yoga for Back Pain and Stress Relief with Jane Goldstein, MS.

Mondays 7:00 - 8:15pm. Begins 2/24/20. Yoga offers multiple methods for relieving the issues related to back pain and holding chronic stress in your body.

Back pain and feeling stressed have many things in common such as tight muscles, difficulty relaxing, stiffness, shallow breathing and frustration with how to cope. Yoga offers multiple methods for relieving these symptoms. Join the owner of Two Hearts Yoga, Jane Goldstein, MS to experience the many benefits of yoga practice to cultivate relaxation of body and mind, reduction of stiffness, increased range of motion and encouragement that you can help yourself with a simple routine of stretching and breathing.
